T. Nikki Cesare is TDR's Critical Acts Editor, a surfer, and an Instructor of Drama at Tisch School of the Arts/NYU. She has dramaturged experimental music-theatre productions in New York City, Chicago, and Morelia, Mexico, and directed composers Du Yun and Ken Ueno's Gold Ocean in spring 2010.
