Direct detection of drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis using targeted next generation sequencing
Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MTBC) infections are treated with combinations of antibiotics; however, these regimens are not as efficacious against multidrug and extensively drug resistant MTBC.
