Quantifying data quality after removing respondents who fail data quality checks
Check Questions (CQs) are used to scrutinise whether respondents are providing quality data and these are becoming more important to ensure data quality, especially with the use of online panels. Often the proportion of people passing these questions are used as a summary of data quality, but this is flawed and of limited value when assessing the quality of a study. Developing a better understanding of the complexities of visitor loyalty to Karijini National Park, Western Australia
A method for testing the effect of management interventions on the satisfaction and loyalty of national park visitors

Research has inferred the determinants of satisfaction and loyalty through theorizing, observational studies, and statistical correlations. This article advocates randomized experiments as a complementary method for testing the causal effect of selected management interventions that change service quality on satisfaction and loyalty. An experiment using ranger presence…
Using a randomised experiment to test the causal effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction and loyalty in a remote national park
The influence of competition on visitor satisfaction and loyalty
The value of self-stated attribute importance to overall satisfaction
Competitive importance-performance analysis of an Australian wildlife park
HIV/Aids Information by African Companies
This article investigates the extent of Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome Disclosures (HIV/AIDSD) in online annual reports by 200 listed companies from 10 African countries for the year ending 2006. Descriptive statistics reveal a very low level of overall HIV/AIDSD practices with a mean of 6 per cent disclosure, with half (100 out of 200) of the African companies making no disclosures at all. Logistic regression an…
