Exchange-Rate Dynamics
This paper estimates a reduced-form exchange-rate equation whose estimates are used to address questions on exchange-rate overshooting, intermediate-run exchange-rate dynamics, and long-run proportionality relationships between relative money supplies and exchange rates.
