A Mixed Methods Exploration of Staff Interpretations of the Frequency and Forms of Violence in Long-Term Care
Background and Objective: In this article, we explore how Long-Term Residential Care (LTRC) features contribute to violence against staff. Methods: Data were collected using a mixed-methods case study in LTRC, including an online survey (N = 240) and interviews with staff (N = 29) in two Canadian provinces.
