Effects of Anxiety on Self-Monitoring
This study investigated how one type of internal cue, anxiety, affects self-monitoring tendencies. Using a pretest-posttest, between-subjects design, with three experimental conditions (control, relaxation, and anxiety), data were collected from 152 participants.
