Regional-Development Optimization for the Delhi Region of India
Rapid population growths in the Delhi metropolitan area created by a strong expansion of the economic base have led to the adoption of decentralization policies for the region. A regional-scale land-use-transport model is developed which may be used for the analysis of decentralization options.
