Fertility Performance of a Tea Working Population of Dibrugarh District, Assam
The present paper deals with the fertility performance of 249 women working in the tea industry. The tea garden where these women are working is called Rajgarh Tea Estate, in the district of Dibrugarh, Assam. These women are mainly engaged as waged labourer for plucking tea leaves.
