The Social use of Space at Turkey Creek Pueblo
Architectural data from Turkey Creek Pueblo, a 335-room ruin that was almost completely excavated in the 1950s, provide an extraordinary opportunity for examining the social use of space in a large prehistoric community. A typical dwelling had one habitation room, one or two miscellaneous- activity rooms, and two or three storage rooms.
