Facing the Church Community through Reading Scripture and Sacred Art: Based on Luke 15:11-32 and Rembrandt’s The Return of the Prodigal Son
이 논문은 성경과 성화를 통해 얼굴에 나타나는 메시지와 인물의 관계를 ‘얼굴 마주하기’라는 관점으로 살펴볼 것이다. 이를 통해 교회가 하나님의 얼굴을 구할 뿐만 아니라 교인들이 서로의 얼굴을 마주하는 방식을 살펴봄으로써 울림과 어울림의 공동체적 교제를 이루게 될 것이다. 본 연구는 성경에 나타난 신학적, 사회적 의미와 인물 사이의 관계 방식을 성서 비평적으로 접근하고, 또한 빛과 그림자를 통해 인물 사이의 얼굴 마주하기를 묘사한 렘브란트의 작품 탕자의 귀향를 통해 하나님과 사람, 사람과 사람 사이에 작동하는 관계 방식인 ‘얼굴 마주하기‘를 읽어내려고 한다, 성경을 통해서는 ‘얼굴 마주하기’의 다양한 메시지를 신학적으로 살피고, 렘브란트의 작품 탕자의 귀향를 통해서는 서로 다른 세 사람의 얼굴이 어떤 방식으로 각각의 메시지를 전달하고 있는지 살펴볼 것이다. 이 연구를 통해 교회 공동체에서 얼굴이라…

This work would seem to be a useful resource for historians of Chinese art since it provides accounts of paintings by artists whose works are no longer extant.
