A Qualitative Thematic Analysis of Christian Perceptions on Evangelism in the Muslim-Majority Indonesia
This paper explores the laity’s perceptions regarding evangelism in Indonesia. Utilizing in-depth interviews with 26 churchgoers from various denominations, three primary themes emerge. From an ontological perspective, evangelism is understood as a duty, with salvation as its goal and love as the fundamental action.
