The subnational geography of foreign aid in Moldova – donor darlings and orphans among the Moldovan rayons
This paper investigates the subnational distribution of foreign aid in Moldova, focusing on the differentiation between ‘donor darlings’ and ‘donor orphans’ among Moldovan rayons.
