Enthusiasm vs Effectiveness in Group and Individual Problem-Solving
Problem-solving productivity and enthusiasm of four-man groups were compared with those of equal numbers of individuals working alone. Forty-eight undergraduates participated, half of these worked independently and half worked as group members.
