The objective of this study was to determine if racial differences exist between older Non-Hispanic Black (NHB) and White (NHW) men in incident dementia over 11 years (2011–2022) in the National Health and Aging Trends Study (NHATS). We present the results of a new, tournament-style design of a contingent choice survey about management options at North Cascades National Park (NCNP).
