    Recent temporal trends in incidence rates for acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) and Kaposi's sarcoma were compared in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. From 1983 through 1986 the age-adjusted incidence rate of Kaposi's sarcoma among White males ages 25-49 increased 11-fold (2.2-24.4/100,000 person years).
