Cognitive-Affective-Behavioral Pathways Linking Adversity and Discrimination to Daily Pain in African-American Adults
A regulatory pathway model of neuropsychological disruption in Havana syndrome
This computational analysis of measured neuropsychological symptoms in Havana-based diplomats proposes that these AHI symptoms may be supported in part by disruption of known neuroimmune and neurotransmission regulatory mechanisms also associated with mTBI
Predicting benzodiazepine prescriptions: A proof-of-concept machine learning approach
Results suggest SVM and RF algorithms can accurately classify individuals who receive a benzodiazepine prescription and can separate patients by the number of benzodiazepine prescriptions received at a given encounter. If replicated, these predictive models could inform system-level interventions to reduce the public health burden of benzodiazepines
Racial, Gender, and Neighborhood-Level Disparities in Pediatric Trauma Care
Pain in the Acute Aftermath of Stalking: Associations With Posttraumatic Stress Symptoms, Depressive Symptoms, and Posttraumatic Cognitions
This longitudinal study examined whether posttraumatic stress and depressive symptoms, posttraumatic cognitions, and ongoing cyberstalking exposures were independently associated with changes in pain outcomes among 82 young adult women with recent exposure to stalking. Multilevel models indicated that higher sensory pain intensity and pain-related interference were associated with more negative cognitions about the self. Higher affective pain int…

It was she who undertook the exacting task of editing the twenty-four volumes of her father's collected works (also reissued in the Cambridge Library Collection). In 1936, towards the end of her life, she published this supplementary two-volume work, whi…
