Réforme agraire et complexité administrative: Un exemple bolivien
The article shows that the administrative complexity of implementation of the Law of Agrarian Reform (decreed after the Bolivian Revolution of 1952) contributes today to maintain the stability of the new local power structure in the countryside of Bolivia.
