    This article examines the issue of “mixed” marriages between Swedish and Finnish speakers in Finland after the Second World War by focusing on responses to mixed marriages by the Swedish-speaking minority.     The naturalization policies of Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway differentiate between non-Nordic and Nordic citizens.
