Reflections on migratory and mobility patterns and labour market security of Ghanaian youth amidst the Covid-19 crisis
This article examines the changing migratory and mobility patterns of Ghanaian youth during the covid-19 pandemic using mixed methods research design. The study reveals that the patterns of migration, mobility and labor market security of the Ghanaian youth were adversely affected by the covid-19 pandemic. The study highlighted that due to the covid-19 pandemic, some Ghanaian youth were not able to attend job or promotion interviews, secure jobs …
