  • Covid-19 Housing Policy

Open Access•Emily A Benfer, Robert Koehler et al.•ARTICLE•Housing Policy Debate•2023

This article provides the first comprehensive description of federal and state housing policy response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Beginning on March 13, 2020, the federal government, 43 states, the District of Columbia, and five American territories issued eviction moratoria that varied in terms of justification, the stage(s) of eviction frozen, the duration and source of protections, and the eligible population. Open Access•P Hepburn, Renee Louis et al.•ARTICLE•Socius Sociological Research for…•2021•Cited by: 20

Between March 15 and December 3…

    Robert Koehler•ARTICLE•Ethnic studies review•2007

I go to school everyday and get treated like a criminal and then, when I want to step out of my house...I get treated like a criminal again! I have never been arrested for nothing! But I …

  • The organizational structure and function of La Nuestra Familia within Colorado state correctional facilities

    Robert Koehler•ARTICLE•Deviant Behavior•2000•Cited by: 1

This article addresses the organizational structure and function of La Nuestra Familia, a prison-based Chicano crime group (gang) that formed in California in 1968 and has gradually moved eastward across the United States and into the Colorado prison system (Colorado Department of Corrections [DOC]). I argue that researchers of La Nuestra Familia have misinterpreted, or been unaware of, many of the vital functions of the organization to its membe…

  • What happens when deviant behavior begins to change? The relevance of a social systems approach for behavioral programs with adolescents

    Open Access•Michael Miran, Paul M Lehrer et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Community Psychology•1974•References: 4
