The impact of the work organization on individuals’ psychological well-being
Introduction This study explored the psychological well-being (PWB) of workers engaged in two distinct occupational settings, the transport and instruction sectors, to understand how different work arrangements (on-site, remote, and hybrid) affect workers’ PWB. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted from October 2020 to December 2021, involving employees of a transport company (427), primarily engaged in on-site tasks and University worker…

Valle Giumentina (Abruzzes, Italie)
Valle Giumentina (Abruzzes, Italie)
Picea+Tsuga pollen record as a mirror of oxygen isotope signal? An insight into the Italian long pollen series from Pliocene to Early Pleistocene
Glacio-Eustatic Control of Continental–Shallow Marine Cyclicity from Late Quaternary Deposits of the Southeastern Po Plain, Northern Italy
Integrated sedimentological and micropaleontological (foraminifera, ostracods, pollens) investigations of a 173-m-long continuous core in the subsurface of the SE Po Plain reveal a cyclic facies distribution of continental to shallow-marine deposits. Radiometric and pollen data enable an age attribution of the study units to the late Middle Pleistocene–Holocene. Glacioeustasy appears to have exerted a major control on facies development, as docum…
