    Federal offenders sentenced to imprisonment for more than a year may earn “good time credit”. Offenders sentenced to 365 days are ineligible for this potential sentence reduction of up to 54 days a year. Using 2020 through 2022 data from the United States Sentencing Commission, we identified 3,765 federal offenders sentenced to either 365- or 366-days’ imprisonment.     After a hostage has been kidnapped and moved to an unknown location, ideologically motivated hostage takers often provide a video demonstrating proof of capture and proof of life. Proof of life videos are one way to establish that a hostage is alive and has been kidnapped.     Reports from 297 mother-child dyads were compared to explore concurrence in relation to violence committed by the father on specific high-risk items and in terms of general risk to the mother and to the child using composite measures. Results indicated the majority of the mother-child dyads report similar risk using eight individual items (60.9%-77.1%) and on the composite measures (61.9% and 54.2%). This study determines the percentage of clients seen at a sexual assault agency whose attacker was on the registry at the time the attack occurred.
