The Structure of District Administration, Anti-administration Activity and Political Instability
The dynamics of administrative systems, particularly in area of malfunction, has been insufficiently investigated by the social sciences. The thesis of this paper is that a malfunctioning administrative system generates anti-administration activities. It is my hope that the case study of the Sada here presented will encourage persons in various levels of administration to test its theoretical implications for their usefulness in actual situations…
