French-Canadian Validation of the Burnout Assessment Tool Among Teachers: Results and Perspectives
This article presents the French-Canadian validation of the Burnout Assessment Tool (BAT) developed by Schaufeli et al. The BAT scale is designed to evaluate both core symptoms (BAT-C) and secondary symptoms (BAT-S) of burnout.
