Whose Justice? A Turn to Relational Equality from the Experiences of Ethno-Racially Marginalised Women in Australian Workplaces
This paper examines how ethno-racially marginalised women in Australian workplaces continue to be constrained by enduring organisational norms that privilege whiteness, masculinity, and Western/Anglo-cultural modes of participation. Further, we show how mainstream diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives reproduce exclusion and marginalisation in unintended and new ways by misrecognising or sidelining intersectional experiences. A multi-layered approach to accounting for ethno-racial diversity: An Australian study

In this article, we interrogate the public framin…
Regulating migrant worker temporariness in Australia: The Role of Immigration, Employment and Post-Arrival Support Policies
This article examines how the interaction of migrant agency and policy arrangements influence different forms of regulated temporariness in Australia’s temporary migration regime. It analyses regulated temporariness under the temporary skilled visa, the Seasonal Workers Program, working holidaymaker visa and international student visa schemes. The findings demonstrate that migrant temporariness is a form of insecurity driven not only by policies …
