The Contingency Effects of Five Sustainable Development Goals (Big Five SDGs )
The emergence of the global sustainable development goals (SDGs) and the growing awareness of the economic, environmental, and social benefits of committing to sustainable development have led many organizations to consider how they can effectively contribute to this agenda. Drawing on institutional theory, this study seeks to advance this goal by examining in a multinational context how a socially responsible human resource management (SR‐HRM) a…
The Polish adaptation of the unidimensional target-neutral scale of commitment (K.U.T.-PL)

Content dimensions of the socialization domain were defined in order to determine relationships between learning particular features of a job/organization and the process and outcomes of socialization. Six socialization dimensions-performance proficiency, politics, language, people, organizational goals/values, and history-were supported by a factor analysis on data from 594 full-time professionals. The socialization process was then examined by …
Goal commitment and the goal-setting process
The purpose of this article is to examine the role of goal commitment in goal-setting research. Despite Locke's (1968) specification that commitment to goals is a necessary condition for the effec-tiveness of goal setting, a majority of studies in this area have ignored goal commitment. In addition, results of studies that have examined the effects of goal commitment were typically inconsistent with conceptualization of commitment as a moderator.…
