Rethinking conative image
The concept of conative image, originating from psychology, has been widely applied in tourism research. Within the cognitive–affective–conative (CAC) model, it is traditionally regarded as the consequential component of destination image. These issues also undermine its e…
Tutkimus tarvitsee yhteisöjä
Vanhentunut mielikuva yksinäisestä tutkijasta ei enää pidä paikkaansa. Nykytutkimus on yhteisöllistä ja verkostoitunutta. Laajaa yhteisöä tarvitaan myös mahdollistamaan Matkailututkimus-lehden olemassaolo. Tässä pääkirjoituksessa haluan kiittää koko laajaa yhteisöä, jonka ansiosta Matkailututkimus-lehti ilmestyy jatkossakin

AI can support researchers’ work in many ways, but it should be used with caution. One of the most critical aspects in using AI is the importance of interpretation of the results that it offers. There are still questions about personal data and sec…
