This paper assesses global battery value chains and efforts to achieve economic upgrading in these. It provides an outline of the ways in which the global economic order is changing and discusses key concepts which account for that, including strategic capitalism and geoeconomics. China in Pakistan and the wider region: A cautious but effective leader
This article assesses China–Pakistan-Afghanistan relations in the period 2014–2018 and asks whether China has exercised distinct pressure on Pakistan to be a more constructive partner for Afghanistan.
