  • Digital energy performance certification of single-family houses in Denmark

Open Access•Justinas Smertinas, Matthias Y C Van Hove et al.•ARTICLE•Sustainable Cities and Society•2026

Regulatory Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) often diverge substantially from actual building energy use, leading to the well-known performance gap. With widespread deployment of smart heat meters and an increasing policy emphasis on operationally grounded EPC assessments under the revised EPBD, new methods are needed to reflect in-use building behaviour at scale. This work proposes a complementary, data-driven Energy Performance Certificate…

To Kant, this spatial intuition is culturally invariant because it is a condition for the possibility of any experience whatsoever. Without accepting Kant's…

Madsen, Henrik, 1975: Aggregatstabilitetsanalyse. Geografisk Tidsskrift 74: 70–78. København, juni 1, 1975. A method to describe the stability and size distribution of soil aggregates by dry sifting. The profit and disadvantages of the method are discussed. A methematical adaption is given and further the influence of humus on the soil aggregates is discussed, as well as the possibility of the method for giving significant values in relation to s…
