Gender-Based Perceptions of the Challenges, Changes, and Essential Skills of the Principalship
This study investigated the role perceptions of principals and whether gender influenced those perceptions. Results indicate that the job of principals has changed significantly during the last 5 years. Internal and external forces have made the position very challenging.
