Loneliness and Biomarkers of Alzheimer’s Disease, Axonal Damage, and Astrogliosis
Objectives Loneliness is associated with an elevated risk of dementia. There is mixed evidence from imaging studies on whether loneliness is associated with neuropathology in dementia-free adults.
