  • Classical Geopolitics: A New Analytical Model

    Phil Kelly•BOOK•Classical Geopolitics•2020

Despite the real world relevance of geopolitics, a common understanding of what classical geopolitics is and how it works still lies beyond the reach of both researchers and practitioners. • Cluster randomized controlled trial of volitional and motivational interventions to improve bowel cancer screening uptake: A population-level study

    Open Access•Sarah Wilding, Anastasia Tsipa et al.•ARTICLE•Social Science & Medicine•2020•Cited by: 2•References: 30

The study did not support any benefit of either VHS or SNA interventions alone on bowel cancer screening uptake. The combined SNA+VHS intervention was significantly different from control only in the youngest age group in adjusted analyses. However, the magnitude of effect in the youngest age group suggests that further testing of VHS plus SNA interventions in carefully targeted populations may be warranted

The classical version deserves consideration as a contribution to international relations theory and to foreign policy making. The cr…
