Caresser's Dominion: Race, Nation, and Calypso in Postwar Canada
Just after World War II, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation hired the Trinidadian calypsonian Lord Caresser to host a weekly program airing on its nationwide network and its fledgling International Service.
