Indian Child and Family Services (ICFS)is a non-profit organization established in 1980 to implement the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978. There are thirty-three Indian reservations in Southern California and ICFS strives to sustain these family and tribal ties to promote and preserve indigenous culture.
