  • Stringent policies were associated with greater Covid-19 vaccine uptake including among those who did not trust the vaccine

    Open Access•Manu M Savani, Richard Koenig et al.•ARTICLE•Political Studies•2026

Are stringent vaccine promotion policies associated with higher vaccine uptake? We argue policy stringency, which changes the costs and benefits of immunisation choices, can affect individual vaccination decisions. In a survey of G-7 countries, 22% of respondents ( n = 42,417) said they did not trust the Covid-19 vaccine, but half of them reported having at least one vaccination.

Supportive housing includes housing in a variety of styles that is affordable to people with disabilities but is also connected to services that allow personal independence. Persons with disabilities are seeking community-based residential living arrangements within their abilitie…

  • Determinants of Coordination Modes within Organizations

Andrew H Van De Ven, Andre L Delbecq et al.•ARTICLE•American Sociological Review•1976•Cited by: 135•References: 8

This paper classifies alternative mechanisms for coordinating work activities within organizations into impersonal, personal and group modes. It investigates how variations and interactions in the use of these coordination mechanisms and modes are explained by task uncertainty, interdependence and unit size. Nine hypotheses that relate these three determining factors to the use of the three coordination modes are developed in order to test some k…
