Spatial Distribution and Key Driving Factors of Soil Potentially Toxic Elements in Sanjiangyuan Alpine Grasslands—A Dual‐Factor Perspective of Natural and Anthropogenic Drivers
As the hinterland of the Qinghai‐Tibet Plateau, the Sanjiangyuan region possesses pivotal ecological and strategic value, with its soil quality serving as a cornerstone for regional and global ecological balance. However, under the coupled stressors of climate warming and intensifying anthropogenic activities, the accumulation of soil potentially toxic elements (PTEs) has accelerated markedly, posing a substantial environmental threat to this fra…
Long‐Term Conservation Tillage Inhibits N 2 O Emissions of Nitrification Pathway by Disproportionate Community Structure and Abundance of Ammonia‐Oxidising Archaea and Bacteria Under Rainfed Farmland
Ammonia‐oxidising microorganisms play a central role in regulating N 2 O production in dryland soils. However, the spatial variation in the contribution of the nitrification pathway (NP) to total N 2 O emissions, as well as its associations with ammonia‐oxidising archaea (AOA) and bacteria (AOB), remains insufficiently characterised. Using an 11‐year tillage experiment (zero [ZT] and chisel plough [CPT] vs. conventional plow tillage [PT]), we qua…
Formation and development of the socialist heritage concept
Socialist heritage (SH) is the tangible product of socialist construction in socialist countries and constitutes a distinctive part of 20th-century heritage. Nevertheless, due to its politically controversial nature and relatively short history, this type of heritage has not yet been fully recognized and systematically studied. This study aims to systematically review the formation and development of the SH concept, thereby clarifying its basic c…
The linguistic aspect of conflict in Dina Rubina's Prose
The study "The linguistic aspect of conflict in Dina Rubina's prose: an analysis of lexical and semantic features" is an attempt to analyze the linguistic and semantic aspects of conflict in the works of the popular contemporary writer Dina Rubina. A study of this issue may shed light on how the author uses linguistic means to convey conflicts between characters, social contradictions, or inner mental struggles. Genesis and Evolution of Literary Conflict
This article analyzes the genesis and evolution of literary conflict from Antiquity to the Middle Ages. Employing historical-philosophical and literary critical methods, the authors investigate the theoretical underpinnings of conflict, its structural features, and its transformations across different eras. Particular attention is paid to a comparative analysis of the approaches of ancient philosophers such as Aristotle and Plato, and the interpr…
Current situation and correlates of perceived stigma among people living with HIV
Addressing stigma is vital to improving the well-being of people living with HIV (PLWH). This cross-sectional study, including 3,040 PLWH across five Chinese cities (Nov 2022-Mar 2023), found 1261 (41.5%) reported perceived stigma. Medical-related stigma was most common (19.9%). Stigma prevalence was higher in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen (51.3%) than in Kunming and Nanning (32.3%). Generalized linear modeling linked stigma frequency to lower …

Development of a complex intervention to prevent complications in patients recovering at home after transcatheter aortic valve replacement by optimizing home-based cardiac rehabilitation processes
Objectives: This study aimed to systematically develop a nurse-led complex intervention to enhance the quality of and adherence to home-based cardiac rehabilitation (HBCR) care for patients who have undergone transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). The intervention integrated stakeholder perspectives, expert insights, empirical evidence, and theoretical frameworks. Methods: We initially searched for initial cardiac rehabilitation strategie…
Winter Grazing, Not Fencing or Unicast, Promotes Stability of Microbial Community and Function in the Qilian Mountains of Qinghai‐Xizang Plateau
In alpine meadows, microorganisms are essential to sustain the stability of terrestrial geochemical processes and vegetation–soil–microbial systems. The present study in order investigate how various management measures impact the microbial communities' composition and functionality, we utilize metagenomic sequencing techniques to examinate the composition and function of soil microbial communities in the southern Qilian Mountains of the Qinghai‐…
Exploring core mental health symptoms among persons living with HIV
Our study provides a new perspective on the role of each mental health symptom among PLWH. To alleviate the mental health symptoms of PLWH to the greatest extent possible and comprehensively improve their mental health, we suggest that psychological professionals pay more attention to pessimistic mood and cognitive processes in PLWH. Interventions that apply positive psychology skills and cognitive behavioral therapy may be necessary components f…

Factors Related to Longitudinal Patterns of Multiple Health Behaviors in Chinese Freshmen
Students with multiple health risk behaviors (HRB) have increased amount of research attention. The study aimed to examine the multiple health behaviors and whether these behaviors differ by demographic characteristics and social factors in a 1-year follow-up study among 1,989 students. All the measures were from the Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System. Associations between demographic characteristics/social factors and multiple HRB were exam…
Impact of problematic mobile phone use and insufficient physical activity on depression symptoms
These results suggest that PMPU is an important factor for depression in college students, and IPA may be a synergistic factor

Effects of Sleep Quality on the Association between Problematic Mobile Phone Use and Mental Health Symptoms in Chinese College Students
Problematic mobile phone use (PMPU) is a risk factor for both adolescents' sleep quality and mental health. It is important to examine the potential negative health effects of PMPU exposure. This study aims to evaluate PMPU and its association with mental health in Chinese college students. Furthermore, we investigated how sleep quality influences this association. In 2013, we collected data regarding participants' PMPU, sleep quality, and mental…
Low Physical Activity and High Screen Time Can Increase the Risks of Mental Health Problems and Poor Sleep Quality among Chinese College Students
OBJECTIVE: To test the independent and interactive associations of physical activity (PA) and screen time (ST) with self-reported mental health and sleep quality among Chinese college students. METHOD: Data were collected in October, 2013. The gender, age, residential background, body mass index (BMI), perceived family economy and perceived study burden were obtained from a total of 4747 college students (41.6% males and 58.4% females). The outco…
