  • Investigating Lasting Effects of Real-Time Feedback on Originality and Evaluation Accuracy

    Pier‐luc De Chantal, Claudelle Houde-Labrecque et al.•ARTICLE•Creativity Research Journal•2026

Previous research has highlighted the benefits of real-time automated feedback in enhancing originality in divergent thinking tasks. In this preregistered study, we sought to replicate these findings, investigating whether improvements in creative ideation persist after feedback is discontinued, and assess the impact on evaluation accuracy. A total of 230 participants were given three divergent thinking tasks (Alternate Uses tests), with or witho…

  • A diatom-based Holocene palaeoenvironmental record from a mid-arctic lake on Boothia Peninsula, Nunavut, Canada

    Open Access•M Leblanc, Michelle G LeBlanc et al.•ARTICLE•The Holocene•2004•Cited by: 2•References: 5

A 485 cm sediment core from a lake unoffcially called JR01, Boothia Peninsula, Nunavut, Canada, yielded a high-resolution diatom record documenting environmental change in the mid-arctic. Five radiocarbon dates provided the chronology. Changes in diatom composition and sediment character istics indicated distinct shifts in the Holocene climate. A more diverse and productive diatom flora implies warmer temperatures in the middle Holocene. A subseq…

He describes very well the living realities of young refugees: their adaptation and those of their sponsor families; but allow me to speak to you about the application of this programme as it exists today for the organization A.M. I.E. (Aide Médicale Internationale à l'Enfance).…
