The feminization of dentistry and the perceptions of public service users about gender issues in oral health
It was investigated the perception of service users in relation to the professional practice of dentists, based on gender differences. This cross-sectional study aimed to assess the association between the quality of primary health care (PHC) and the use of dental services by preschoolers served by the Family Health Strategy (FHS), controlling for socio-demographic determinants and perceived need.
