Der Artikel untersucht die Entwicklung der Tarifpolitik in der Metall- und Elektroindustrie in Thüringen und Sachsen. Auch 30 Jahre nach der »Wende« sind die Mitbestimmungskulturen in Ostdeutschland noch immer heterogener, prekärer und weniger gewerkschaftlich verankert als in westdeutschen Betrieben.
