We examine the impact of globalization on Israeli and American Jews' attitudes regarding religious pluralism and minority civil rights in Israel. The Impact of Cultural Context on the Mental Health of Jewish Concentration Camp Survivors
This study examines whether the area of settlement of Jewish concentration camp survivors has an impact on their mental health. Using the Langner mental health index, survivors in Israel are compared with an earlier study of survivors in Montreal. Survivors in Israel score higher than their Montreal counterparts, indicating a greater degree of mental impairment. The Attribution of Peaceful Intentions to the Visit by Sadat to Jerusalem and Subsequent Implications for Peace
The change of Israeli public opinion toward the possibility of a peaceful settlement in the Middle East is judged to be the result of the attribution of true, peaceful intentions to the Egyptians as a result of their president's visit to Jerusalem. The behavioral change by the Egyptian president and the resulting change in behavior among the Israeli leaders itself brings attitude change and increases the momentum to reach a settlement
