Campus-Level Title IX Administrators
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a crucial area of policy for student affairs. Through interviews with 28 Title IX administrators, this study examined how these leaders view themselves and behave as policy actors. Findings indicate that Title IX administrators often engage in collaborative policy activity, avoid policy advocacy, and eschew using discretion without approval.
