  • Evolution of Experiential Learning Opportunities for Nursing Students After Natural Disaster

    BACKGROUND: Natural disasters, such as Hurricane Harvey, can provide unique hands-on learning experiences for nursing students. We review the processes of selection, adaptation, learning, retention, co‐evolution, and strategic intent and how they fit together to determine both organizational success and change at the level of populations and communities.
