    近年,西蔵自治区に保存されているPrajñākaramati(紀元10–11世紀頃)のBodhica­­ryāvatārapañjikāの貝葉写本(ZX0617–ZB20)の利用が世界中の学者に可能となった.それ以来,この新たに発見された貝葉写本は注目を浴びているが,未解明の点が今なお残されている.たとえば,写本の通常とは異なるページネーション,写本内におけるサンガータースートラ一葉の任意の挿入などが考慮されている.また,この写本の筆写が一人の手によって行われたのではなく,さまざまな筆写者によって行われたようである.本論文は後者の問題に焦点を当て,写本の古筆学的な特徴に注目し,筆跡のさまざまな特徴を検証することにより,写本筆写のプロセスに関する新たな結論を導き出すことを試みる

    『経集』(Sūtrasamuccaya)は,主に大乗経典からの抜粋集であり,中観派の祖であるナーガールジュナ(2世紀頃)の著作とされている.『経集』のサンスクリット写本が発見されて以来,『経集』とそこに引用されている経典についてのより詳細な研究が可能になった.一般に,『経集』のようなアンソロジーにおける引用文は,他の形式の経典転写に比べて,より引用元の経典の古形に近い傾向がある.経典転写の過程では,写経者が意図的・非意図的に原文に手を加え,訂正や挿入を行うことで,本文が徐々に変化していくことがある.これとは対照的に,『経集』に引用された経典は,『経集』が編纂された当時の姿を伝えている.したがって,現存する他の資料と『経集』の該当箇所のテキストを比較することで,これらの抜粋箇所に関する有益な情報が得られるのみならず,『経集』の成立年代や作者について推測することも可能であろう.『経集』に引用された経典のうち,『般若経』は15回も引用されており,最も頻繁に引用されている大乗経典である.本論文で…

    『大日経』は,密教の基礎となる経典である.現代の研究者の間では,『大日経』は7世紀半ばに成立したとする説が一般的であり,『金剛頂経』とともに密教の正式な成立を示すものとされている.しかし,インド密教の急速な発展に伴い,『大日経』は『金剛頂経』ほど注目されなくなり,前者は後世の分類では下位の段階,つまり「行」の段階とみなされるようになったのである.注目されていないテキストほど,サンスクリット語の写本が残っている可能性は低く,『大日経』のサンスクリット語写本が近年まで発見されなかったのもそのためであろう.2020年に中国人民大学の張美芳氏が行った西蔵自治区での写本調査では,『大日経』のサンスクリット語写本のフォリオが1枚だけ確認された.本論文は,このフォリオについての予備的な研究を発表することを目的としており,その中には『大日経』の文字表や,サンスクリット語転写とチベット語翻訳との比較が含まれている
