    A partir de la información registrada en la Encuesta Nacional de Folklore de 1921 bajo la categoría “supersticiones”, en los legajos correspondientes a escuelas de la provincia de Córdoba se registraron 431 menciones de augurios correspondientes a 41 etnoespecies animales.
