Artikkelissa tarkastellaan kansa-käsitteen käyttöä ja siihen liittyviä muutoksia ja jännitteitä Suomessa pitkällä aikavälillä 1820-luvulta 2010-luvulle. Minority Cultures and the Making of Cultural Heritage Archives in Finland
The article analyzes the logic behind the archival policies concerning language and ethnic minorities in Finland, drawing examples from three minority groups: the Sámi, the Finnish Roma (the Kaale), and the Finland-Swedes.
