  • Enchanted Ground

    Open Access•Nathalie Aubert•ARTICLE•French History•2019

Gavin Parkinson’s Enchanted Ground identifies a Surrealist position on the foundational canon of late nineteenth-century French painting, a canon that emerged in modernist art criticism, art history and curatorship at the beginning to the twentieth century and was consolidated from then up to the mid-1950s. • Les Logogrammes de Christian Dotremont
