Change and Continuity of Taiwan’s Development Model after the Global Financial Crisis
본 연구는 2008년 글로벌 경제위기 이후 대만에서 발전모델의 핵심적 구성요소가 어떻게 변화 및 지속되어 가는지 분석하였다. 코로나 위기 이후 새로운 전환점을 맞은 대만이 왜 그 이전까지 다른 동아시아 발전국가와 비교해 볼 때 저성장의 추이를 지속했는지 그 원인을 고찰해 볼 필요가 있다. 글로벌 금융위기 이후 2008년 마잉주 정부 시기부터 친중국 경제정책이 확산되면서 중국의존적 경제구조는 대만의 산업공동화와 양극화의 문제를 가져왔다. 2010년대 대만이 저성장 기조를 보였던 이유는 대만 발전모델의 중요 요소인 국가기구의 응집력과 관료자율성이 이전 시기에 비해 상대적으로 하락하고, 국가와 기업을 포함한 사회경제세력과의 협력네트워크가 분절화되거나, 정체성 이슈가 성장을 위한 일관적 정책실행에 방해가 되었다는 점과 무관하지 않다. 대만의 발전모델은 한편으로 국가기구와 관료 응집력, 국가-기업 간 협…
