Personality and Community Involvement
A random sample of 1033 adults in an Australian community survey completed a form containing the abbreviated Revised Eysenck Personality Questionnaire together with an index of community involvement in a range of secular groups and church attendance. The data indicate that different personality characteristics are associated with church attendance on the one hand and with secular areas of community involvement on the other hand

A random sample of 989 adults in an Australian community survey completed the Bradburn Balanced Affect Scale together with three measures of Christian faith and practice: belief in God, personal prayer, and church attendance. The data demonstrated a positive association between all three religious measures and psychological well-being. The analysis helps to account for discrepant findings in previous research
Personality and Popular Christian Belief in an Australian Population Survey
A random sample of 1,021 adults in an Australian community survey completed the abbreviated Revised Eysenck Personality Questionnaire together with a nine-item index of popular Christian belief. The data demonstrate that popular Christian belief is negatively associated with psychoticism, but independent of extraversion and neuroticism
