  • Predicting donation behavior from psychophysiological responses to music with prosocial lyrics

Open Access•Qiujian Xu, Miaomiao Yang et al.•ARTICLE•Acta Psychologica•2026

BACKGROUND: According to the General Learning Model (GLM), music with prosocial lyrics is assumed to promote prosocial behavior by eliciting empathy. However, existing research has primarily relied on self-report questionnaires to assess empathy. Such measures are susceptible to social desirability bias and individual differences, making it difficult to objectively capture empathic responses. Although some studies have attempted to employ psychop…

  • Interaction between Changan Granule and its main components in the plasma and CYP450 enzymes

Open Access•Xiaoxuan Liu, Qiaoxia Wang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2023

This study provides a reference for clinical application of CAG in safety. CAG and CYP450 enzymes are interacted. CAG is mainly metabolized by CYP2E1 and CYP2D6. The expression of CYP2E1 and CYP2D6 are more susceptible to be influenced by CAG in comparison with that of CYP3A4, CYP2C9 and CYP1A2. It implies the potential risk of interaction when CAG is taken together with the drugs metabolized by CYP2E1 and CYP2D6
