Open Access•Xinyi Li, Qing Luo et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2027

  • A novel cholesterol-reducing mechanism of polygonati rhizoma: Dual action via Bacteroides-mediated cholesterol sulfonation and feedback inhibition of Acat2 by sulfated metabolite

Open Access•Xinhong Wang, Manru Chen et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2026

  • Coptidis Rhizome alleviates dexamethasone- and fructose-induced metabolic disorder in rats as an inducer of HO-1 agonist via erythrocyte metabolism

Open Access•Xiaolin Xie, Hua Fu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2026

  • Hydroxy-8-oxypalmatine, a novel liver-mediated oxymetabolite of palmatine, alleviates hyperuricemia and kidney inflammation in hyperuricemic mice

    Open Access•Xiaoyan Wu, Xiao-yan Wu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2024

  • The mediating role of resilience in the relationship between stress and psychological distress in parents of children with cancer

    Open Access•Y H Luo, Jing Xu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Health Psychology•2024•Cited by: 1•References: 30

Caring for children with cancer is stressful for parents and leads to psychological distress, which is mainly manifested as depressive symptoms and anxiety. This study explored the mediating role of resilience in the relationship between stress and psychological distress in parents of children with cancer. We recruited 258 parents of children with cancer in three tertiary hospitals in Mainland China. The results revealed that the mediating effect…

  • Patterns of restrained eating in Chinese adolescents' interpersonal contexts: A latent profile analysis

Open Access•Sicheng Xiong, Xu Yi et al.•ARTICLE•Current Psychology•2023

  • Penalized Pairwise Difference Estimation for a High-Dimensional Censored Regression Model

Zhewen Pan, Jianhui Xie•ARTICLE•Journal of Business and Economic…•2023

High-dimensional data are nowadays readily available and increasingly common in various fields of empirical economics. This article considers estimation and model selection for a high-dimensional censored linear regression model. We combine l1-penalization method with the ideas of pairwise difference and propose an l1-penalized pairwise difference least absolute deviations (LAD) estimator. Estimation consistency and model selection consistency of…

  • Acute stress reaction, depression anxiety stress, and job withdrawal behavior in non-frontline pediatric nurses during the pandemic: A cross-sectional study

Open Access•Xu Yi, Jing Cao et al.•ARTICLE•Frontiers in Psychiatry•2023

The study indicated that the SASRQ was greater with higher levels of DASS-21 and JWB. It revealed an acute stress reaction in non-frontline pediatric nurses and recommends more focus on the factors influencing the SASRQ

  • Intestines-erythrocytes-mediated bio-disposition deciphers the hypolipidemic effect of berberine from Rhizoma Coptidis: A neglected insight

Open Access•Ziwei Huang, Minhua Li et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2023

Open Access•Gaoxiang Ai, Ronglei Huang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2023

  • Anti-inflammatory effects of Brucea javanica oil emulsion by suppressing NF-κB activation on dextran sulfate sodium-induced ulcerative colitis in mice

Open Access•Yan-Feng Huang, Yanfeng Huang et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2017

  • Evaluation of safety of modified-Danggui Buxue Tang in rodents: Immunological, toxicity and hormonal aspects

    Open Access•Jianhui Xie, Jian-Hui Xie et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2016

  • Biological evaluation and molecular docking of baicalin and scutellarin as Helicobacter pylori urease inhibitors

Open Access•Xiao-Dan Yu, Anna Xiaodan Yu et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2015

  • Pogostone suppresses proinflammatory mediator production and protects against endotoxic shock in mice

    Open Access•Yucui Li, Yu-Cui Li et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2014

Our findings regarding the anti-inflammatory effect of PO and the underlying molecular mechanisms help justify the use of Pogostemon cablin in Chinese medicine for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. More importantly, the results also render PO a promising anti-inflammatory agent worthy of further development into a pharmaceutical drug for the treatment of septic shock

  • Effect of a derived herbal recipe from an ancient Chinese formula, Danggui Buxue Tang, on ovariectomized rats

    Open Access•Qingfeng Xie, Qing-Feng Xie et al.•ARTICLE•Journal of Ethnopharmacology•2012
